Why We Built This Site
Colorado gives the public several ways to reach court and government records, but the correct office depends on the record. Summit Combined Courts at the Summit County Justice Center handles District Court and County Court case files, including civil, criminal, domestic, traffic, probate, and small-claims matters. The Summit County Clerk & Recorder handles marriage licensing and recorded documents, not court case files. The Sheriff's Office manages detention, booking photos, criminal reports, traffic reports, and some ticket-payment information. Municipal courts in Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, Frisco, and Breckenridge may hold town ordinance and municipal traffic matters.

- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, address, or public-access rule listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the likely office, but the document has to come from that office.
